This is the month everything ships. June's demo feedback — *"I'd use it the moment payments work"* — made the direction unmistakable. No new features. No side quests. One line: payments → landing → beta. [Plan notes.md]

1. 1.MVP beta open Jul 31 *(top priority)* — prereqs: payments, landing page, onboarding.
2. 2.Workout habit — 3× per week × 4 weeks. Must survive the launch crunch.
3. 3.3 SEO blog posts — seeds for organic discovery.

No side quests. The rule this month is a single line: payments → landing → beta. Absolutely no new features until the public beta is live. [Plan notes.md]

See Week Jul 6–12 — the one must this week is finishing payments (success *and* failure cases). If payments aren't done by Thursday, the Jul 31 beta date wobbles.

• June 2026 — Core build month: shipped auth (Google + Apple), compile pipeline v1, editor & reader. Payments deferred to July. Key lesson: rough-but-running beats perfectionism.
• May 2026 — Validation month: 12 user interviews, confirmed real pain is "scattered" not "unorganized," decided to build.
