Theme: Payments & Landing. This week has one non-negotiable: finish payment integration — success *and* failure cases. Landing hero copy is the close second. Everything else is noise. [Plan notes.md]

1. 1.Finish payment integration — success cases by Wednesday evening, failure cases (declines, duplicates) by Thursday. If payments aren't done by Thursday, the Jul 31 beta date wobbles. [Plan notes.md]
2. 2.Landing hero copy — rewrite and get a first draft done this week.
3. 3.One blog post draft — first SEO seed post.
4. 4.Gym 3× — workout habit must survive launch crunch.
