This was heads-down, feature-cranking month. The goal was to get the core product standing: auth, pipeline, editor, reader. Payments were on the plan but slipped to July. The end-of-month demo landed the most decisive feedback of the project so far. [Plan notes.md]

1. 1.Ship auth — Google + Apple sign-in.
2. 2.Compile pipeline v1 — sources → cited pages, end-to-end.
3. 3.Editor & reader — usable baseline.
4. 4.Payments *(planned — rolled to July)*.

Burned 2 weeks on pipeline perfectionism. A rough-but-running v1 was the right call all along — shipping it unlocked the demo. The end-of-June feedback ("I'd use it the moment payments work") was the clearest signal of the project so far. [Plan notes.md]

What went well: Shipped three solid features. Got to a real demo with a real human. Feedback was sharp and actionable. What hurt: Kept deferring the launch for the fun of building. Perfectionism on the pipeline cost two weeks. Rule for July: No new features. Only payments and launch. One straight line: payments → landing → beta. [Plan notes.md]
