1. Payment Integration — Top Priority Risk

Payment status was identified as the biggest risk to the Jul 31 beta deadline. The team agreed to make it the week's top priority. Jun was tasked with completing at least one end-to-end payment test by the end of the week.

2. Signup Email Verification Bug

A bug in the email verification flow was discovered. The team discussed dropping email verification entirely to simplify the signup experience, but ultimately decided to keep it as required — rationale: preventing spam outweighs the added friction.

3. Landing Hero Copy

The current hero copy was flagged as weak. Jisoo and Mina were tasked with collaborating to rewrite it ahead of the upcoming Design Review.

• Payment integration = top priority this week — it is the highest-risk item blocking the Jul 31 beta.
• Keep email verification as required — removing it would open the product to spam; the protective value outweighs the friction.
• Rewrite landing hero copy — current copy is too weak to convert beta users; Jisoo + Mina to lead.
