MVP Scope

The team aligned on a tight MVP scope for the beta: payments, landing page, and onboarding. Image generation was raised but ruled out as scope creep — pushed to v2.

Beta Date

The beta target of July 31 was confirmed. This date drives all downstream priorities for the next four weeks. See the Product Weekly Sync (Jul 7) for follow-up on payment progress.

Payment Integration

The team debated direct payment processing vs. a third-party service. Stripe direct was chosen for reasons of cost efficiency and greater control over the payment flow.
