Landing Hero Mockups

Three landing hero mockup options were reviewed. The team compared approaches and selected Option B, which leads with a problem-first framing. The chosen direction is anchored on the line: *"scattered knowledge, in one place."* [Meeting notes.md]

Onboarding First Screen

The default empty-wiki experience was reconsidered. Rather than presenting a blank state, the team decided to greet new users with an example mockup accompanied by an "add sources" nudge — lowering the friction of getting started. [Meeting notes.md]

• Chose landing hero Option B — problem-first copy outperformed the alternatives; direction set as *"scattered knowledge, in one place."* [Meeting notes.md]
• Replaced empty wiki start with example mockup + add-sources nudge — reduces blank-state anxiety and guides users toward the first meaningful action. [Meeting notes.md]
