Meeting Norms

  1. 1.Agenda first — do not schedule a meeting without a clear agenda.
  2. 2.Run the meeting — keep to the agenda and respect everyone's time.
  3. 3.Document afterward — write up decisions and action items in Notion immediately after the meeting.
  4. 4.Share async — post a summary in the relevant Slack channel so absent teammates stay informed.
