Overview

Core Principles

| Async by default | Use Slack or Notion for most communication; avoid unnecessary calls or DMs. |
| Urgent matters only | Reserve calls or direct messages for time-sensitive issues. |
| Meetings need an agenda | Every meeting must have a prepared agenda before it starts. |
| Document decisions | Record all decisions and action items in Notion after each meeting. |
| Confidential data | Customer data, revenue figures, and other confidential information must stay in private channels only. |

Meeting Norms
- 1.Agenda first — do not schedule a meeting without a clear agenda.
- 2.Run the meeting — keep to the agenda and respect everyone's time.
- 3.Document afterward — write up decisions and action items in Notion immediately after the meeting.
- 4.Share async — post a summary in the relevant Slack channel so absent teammates stay informed.
